The biggest thing God taught me was that He loves everyone. I got to experience this from God's perspective. Let me share a little. Here in Kenya there are lots of Muslims and it's actually over whelming at times because it's right there in your face and you see it and around it everyday. On this trip God really put a burden in my heart for Muslim people because He loves them and He created them. They are people. One day it hit me that these people that God Himself created and formed together before birth were a people that are dying and going to hell because they do not know Jesus Christ as their Savior. And they believe that what they are doing is getting them to heaven, when really it's not. The most heartbreaking thing was seeing older Muslim people and young children. I just wanted to say "don't you know! Jesus is the only way and He loves you!" God let me feel His hurt and love for these people all at the same and it was powerful. If we would only pray that God would use the church and be His hands and feet and then to go when He calls us to then we as Christians could change the world.
If you would please pray for my trip back home and that all goes well. That God will go before us and get us home safe. I love all of you and can't wait to get back home to see you!
